I was quite disappointed after reading many positive reviews for this restaurant. The KFS burger did not have all the listed ingredients - no avocado, spinach, mushrooms, and I'm not sure about the carrot cheese either. It didn't taste particularly special, just like a regular burger with a vegan patty, lettuce, and tomato. The price was $190, which I found to be too expensive. On the bright side, the juice was good.
This place is in the back garden area of a hostel and it's super chill and relaxing but also lively due to the hostel. The food is really yummy, I had the milanesa taquito and the aguacate limon sandwich. I saw someone complaining about there being too many fried options but there are also many other options that might feel fresher. When you're vegan sometimes ya just gotta eat some mushroom milanesa tacos and have zero regrets because they're delicious. Samantha and Jorge are lovely as well.
Best vegan chilaquiles on the planet! All of the food was so very good. We went midafternoon and it wasn't busy. This an absolutely lovely place with flavorful food and nice waitstaff. Air circulation is excellent for pandemic times.
Delicious and cheap $5 for awesome vegan chilaquiles). Update: tempted to remove a star. second time I went they charged for glasses of water which they said they forgot to charge for the first time. Only $1 per glass but still felt disingenuous that they didn't say there would be charges. Chilaquiles definitely felt like the best value of the foods I tried. Still good food though. Only two people working there so service/food is pretty slow
