Will never go here have to wait more then one hour and they gave me wrong order,tried to get my money back they said have to come back next day to get!! Definitely don’t recommend this location don’t waist your time..
This is the worst WingStop I've ever visited. The staff, especially in the evening, are incredibly unprofessional. There's a constant attitude problem, and they can be rude for no apparent reason. I understand that work can be tough, but if they're that unhappy, it's not fair to take it out on customers. They often ignore patrons in favor of their phones, and I’ve witnessed them chatting behind the counter with friends while neglecting customers. I've seen many excited guests come in expecting a good experience, but that’s definitely not the case here.
This location sucks!!! We went in to pick up our DoorDash order (10mins past the pickup time) and they just told us to wait. I understand they were really busy so naturally we sat a table and waited being patient with everyone else. Then about 30mins passed and one of the employees walked to our table and she asked if we had been waiting a while, we said yes, and then she asked what our name for the order was and we told her. She walked to the back and I figured she had communicated to somebody about it. Especially since everybody in front of us in line had already gotten their food and left. So 15mins later we moved closer hoping they’d not forget about us. I finally got impatient and asked if our food was ready in one of the several bags just sitting on their doordash rack. Of course she looks and finds out bags of food that have just been sitting and getting cold while we were waiting for no good reason. It tasted alright I'm just so frustrated that even after the busy rush they didn’t take our time or meal into consideration. As a former fast food worker I understand how these things works and this was one them, it’s disappointing getting this kind of service. Don’t come here if you want decent service!
