I went to place my order this evening, but I didn't quite catch what the girl on the other end was saying. I assume she told me to wait until I was ready to order, but when I began to tell her what I wanted, she rudely interrupted me and said she wasn't ready for my order. That's fine, but when I reached the front, her entire attitude conveyed that she would rather be anywhere else—definitely not a people person and quite unfriendly. She didn’t acknowledge me with a greeting or even a farewell. When I requested some ketchup, she looked like she was ready to lash out. You should have seen her expression—it was astonishing. I understand working in fast food can be tough, but if you're working the register, a basic level of friendliness is expected. Is that too much to ask?
