Description

Nestled within the Hyatt Regency Downtown, this quaint coffee shop offers a charming escape for caffeine enthusiasts. While the café boasts exceptional drinks, including award-winning cappuccinos and irresistible lavender lattes, the customer service presents a mixed bag. Patrons have consistently praised the skill of the baristas, who provide thoughtful recommendations and maintain an inviting atmosphere. However, some visitors have reported less-than-friendly interactions and inconsistent service, which can detract from the overall experience. Despite these concerns, the café's delightful beverages and picturesque outdoor garden make it a worthwhile stop for coffee lovers exploring downtown Tulsa.

Cute little coffee shop tucked away within a hotel. Theres a beautiful little garden outside with statues to enjoy your drink. The baristas are very knowledgeable, and even through they were out of lavender syrup, they helped me choose a great alternative!

We come in often and always enjoy the coffee and food. Always the same order as well. However, the last couple times we have come in things have not been the same. This most recent experience, the coffee was poured out when we got home due to its sour taste.

The coffee was fantastic! The espresso was expertly prepared, and I was delighted to find it served with the lid on the side, allowing me to admire the latte art! It didn’t take long at all to get my order, and our barista was very friendly. The atmosphere felt a bit awkwardly quiet, but I believe that was more about the customers than the café itself. The music playing was excellent!

I saw the reviews and was thinking this would be a lot better. I like great coffee and was definite down.

Service was horrible. The gal at the register did not greet me or smile one time. She just glared at me. We were the only people there and they had three staff working. I ordered 2 hot choc, 1 cappuccino, and toast with butter and jelly. It took a really long time to get all of it. I got the toast a few minutes after the drinks and the 1 piece of bread was cold so it was difficult to spread the cold hard butter on it. Horrible. I threw it away. I didn't want to bother or interrupt the staff's conversation about their fitness or mental health, to ask for it to be warmed up. Other people came in after us and also had to wait a long time and were treated the same way. When the items were ready, they just announced what they were, no nice comments like have a nice day or thank you, no smile or eye contact, no interactions with customers at all. Maybe the staff is only nice to local regular customers and hotel customers are not important. IDK, but it was like watching a bad show about young millennials and their daily drama.
