During my visit to this location, I noticed that the branch manager was on the phone, visibly upset, and yelling about why employees had left. She also spoke negatively about the owner, which was quite distracting. Although there was a worker preparing sandwiches, there were two other employees present who seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that the customer experience is crucial. On a positive note, they do offer vegetarian options.

This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had! Our order came to around $7, and when my husband handed the cashier a $10 bill, she claimed she couldn't provide change. So, he told her to just keep the money!

The staff here seem inexperienced and often struggle to answer basic questions. When one child asked me what goes on a BLT, I was taken aback. I had to hold back my frustration as I considered leaving the restaurant and going elsewhere.

While I appeared on this subway the store manager had just in her two weeks notification she was on the phone screaming about why they left and speak negatively about the owner they also very distracted there was only one worker making sandwiches, but there were two additional people there all employees appeared under trained stressed and underestimated so coming from the perspective of an individual who works in the customer service industry the customer experience is always going about the most important situation
