She also spoke ne... read more During my visit to this location, I noticed that the branch manager was on the phone, visibly upset, and yelling about why employees had left. She also spoke negatively about the owner, which was quite distracting. Although there was a worker preparing sandwiches, there were two other employees present who seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that the customer experience is crucial. On a positive note, they do offer vegetarian options.
