I visited last night and ordered a Baja steak footlong. The two employees working were incredibly friendly, and the store was very clean. The staff were great! I’ll definitely be returning soon!
During my visit to this location, I noticed that the branch manager was on the phone, visibly upset, and yelling about why employees had left. She also spoke negatively about the owner, which was quite distracting. Although there was a worker preparing sandwiches, there were two other employees present who seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that the customer experience is crucial. On a positive note, they do offer vegetarian options.
I order an order for pick up and I had really busy day so I order online and I go to the store on time and my food awas not ready and I paid for it online aready And after that they guy he think he is right and iwait for the food with my kids need to go to them training for 40 min So why do I order online im done with that store and one person making food I have 6 sandwiches in there
Worse experience ever went through the drive thru only to wait 20 minutes n still not even have my order made.. y’all have to do better because today was horrible
This is 100% the worst Subway in all of Tulsa. I used their online ordering system and not a SINGLE sandwich in my bag was one I actually ordered. To top off a bad experience, they are not trying to give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER HERE! Now I see why this location closes down so often.
