The menu sounded better than the actual food. While it wasn't bad, it certainly wasn't memorable. We tried the duck, short ribs, curry, and a burger. In my opinion, the curry was underspiced and lacked heat. The duck was decent, and the couscous was pleasant but not particularly special. The burger was nice, and my son enjoyed the fries, even comparing them favorably to McDonald's. For dessert, we had the chocolate coffee mousse pie and carrot cake. Both were fine but not among the best I've tried. We also had a couple of mocktails that were quite tasty, along with some wine and craft beer. The drinks were probably the highlight of the meal.

I couldn't believe how bland and lacking in flavor the tri-tip, duck, and short ribs were. The food was just unpleasant. It's hard to understand the high ratings this place has received. On a positive note, our waiter Tanner was really kind, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was decent.

She wasn’t friendly or service oriented, coming from the hospitality industry myself. On my visit, I ordered the center cut ribeye, served with potato purée and gravy sauce—definitely my favorite dish from Oren's menu after several visits. I usually enjoy a dirty martini because they have the best blue-cheese stuffed olives, but sadly they were out of olives that evening, which was a bit disappointing. Instead, I tried a French 75, and it was excellent.

The small plates offered a great selection of unique dishes alongside their classic entrees. The lamb bolognese pasta was exceptional, and the Caesar salad was just as impressive. The service was excellent, and the tables were spaced generously to ensure a safe and comfortable dining experience. Portable table fans kept the flies away, making for a pleasant evening that everyone truly enjoyed.
