Was Emory Sauer at Jinya Ramen Bar a mag?
Really amazing food and a cute restaurant. Came here with a meat eater and we were both happy, plus he said mine was maybe even better than what he ordered. They keep adding more vegan dishes and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful about what is and isnt vegan View all feedback.

I was quite disappointed when I went there on Friday night. the restaurant is the type of trendy that seems to sacrifice comfort to be terrible hipster chic. first the restaurant is crazy dark. we went around 18 o'clock and it was like we went to a nightclub. our table actually shared one stand on one side with two other tables - one of them was a gaggle of teen girls so loud I literally couldn't hear a word more poo... The Chicken Ramen has great flavor, and the Caramelized Cauliflower is AMAZING! Definitely worth the extra to get a really flavorful ramen!

The JINYA Tonkotsu Black was alright. Flavor was kinda bland and all I could really taste was the kikurage which is a mushroom flavor. Gyoza were good.

JINYA Tonkotsu Black was very good! the broth and other ingredients are in 2 different containers which helps keep it fresh. the pork was awesome and the eggs were cooked just right. only thing is doordash should have a menu option to include chopsticks etc. it didnt come with any so I ended up using coffee stir sticks in the hotel room lol.

At bartender Eric’s suggestion, I swapped in the spicy vegetable broth to the vegan harvest ramen. Also added tofu. Yeah!
