The lack of customer service is disturbing, and everything else is lackluster. Picture if you will a Molly 's Landing level of food, price point, and customer service . Do not recommend.

Unique dining experience with traditional Lebanese cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and ground beef, house made smoked bologna and ribs that come with every entree. Had the NY strip which was a perfect medium rare. Passing the recommendation on!

I asked for a total bone steak and they told me they were out. My wife and I then had Porter house steaks that were tough as a boot. The meal included a lettuce salad that was wilted lettuce with a vinegar dressing. My wife and I ate some of the salad. Two days later we both had a bad case of food poisoning We will never be back

T... read more Me my mom and sister came in tonight. Our server was Karon she was very polite.. Said she was gonna take great care of us brought us delicious hors d'oeuvres. The best cabbage rolls Ribs, tabouli, and even the owner came over and sat down with us. Great food And great service will be coming back! :-)

Asked to be seated for 3 people was told someone would seat me shortly, we waited 15 minutes and a group of 4 came in wearing sweat pants and a Hawaiian shirt and they were seated immediately. Asked why we weren't seated and she said I'm so sorry we forgot about you, she said I will have someone seat you now..... 20 minutes later still no seat so we walked out! NEVER will I eat there again!

Do... read more We went to Jamil's last night for our 17th wedding anniversary ! It was definitely one of the most memorable evenings we've had but not so much for the food! Don't get me wrong the food was delicious as usual......when we received it! The prime rib was excellent......we were seated at 5:30pm thirty minutes later the waiter Joel brought us water.....another 20 minutes past before he realized we hadn't received a menu and ten minutes before he brought us carrots and celery sticks and hummus! He finally took our order but before it was delivered young Joel quit and walked out leaving the owner and staff in a pinch! It took another 20 minutes for the staff to strengthen out the mess young Joel made! When it was all said and finished we finally was on our way home at 8:15pm! As I said memorable dinner and a show! What fun, but this evening was not the fault of Jamil's! That response responsibility lays on the shoulder of young Joel! Let's hope that he remains out of the service side of business and the party's that gave him a job reference will refrain in the future! A lot of people would have probably stiffed the waitress but this wasn't the fault of the remaining staff! So please don't let one bad experience stop you from enjoying an excellent restaurant!
