Reviews summary
While The Chamber offers delicious upscale food and a fantastic atmosphere, the service seems to be the biggest drawback for many patrons. Complaints include slow service, unattentive wait staff, and missing orders. Some experienced difficulty with the food quality and limited menu items available. However, others rave about the excellent cuisine, fantastic gumbo, and friendly wait staff like TJ, recommending the restaurant for its ambiance and location. Despite mixed reviews, The Chamber remains popular for its upscale dining experience and historical significance in downtown Tulsa.
Was Harley Hughes at Chamber a mag?
The menu was on tablets so you could see a picture and description of each plate, which I thought was pretty useful. The meal and service were great but it is pricy. My only complaint was it took quite a while to get our food and the restaurant wasn't full or busy. View all feedback.

The food and ambiance were wonderful, but the management at this restaurant fell short. Our waitress appeared to be inexperienced and her service was subpar, possibly due to being under the influence. We ended up having to fetch our own drinks from the bar because the staff was inattentive. The music wasn't very good either, and overall, our last two visits have been disappointing. It's unfortunate because we used to love this place, but we won't be coming back.
We had a delicious breakfast with friends. The food was great and served piping hot. I would highly recommend this place.
Our group of 6 did not get to experience a meal at Chambers. Our appetizers never arrived and our waitress was no where to be found. We cashed out our drinks and decided to eat at The Chalkboard, which was incredible!
Amazing food and tasty drinks. We got there just after 5 on a Saturday and had the place to ourselves. Beautiful atmosphere as well.

We ordered breakfast room service from this restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations. I had the steak skillet, which wasn't technically on the menu anymore but was still available on the menu we received at check-in, while my husband opted for the breakfast burrito. They were very accommodating regarding my food allergies, and the food arrived quickly and hot. I highly recommend both the chef and this restaurant.
Walked in to have a cocktail and possibly dinner with a friend on Wednesday night. Only two other people at the bar and the bartender never greeted or even acknowledged us. We waited at least ten minutes to put in an order before finally walking out.Afterwards, I told my friend that was literally the unfriendliest service I?ve ever experienced in Oklahoma. Really surprisingand disappointing.
Jack is amazing! He is friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Wagyu rib paired with the homemade pasta—it's rich and absolutely delightful! The charcuterie board features pickled red jalapeños that provide just the right amount of heat and are full of flavor. I also had the ceviche, which was excellent! Though I personally like a bit more spice to complement the mango, it was still a wonderful appetizer!
I must say that everything we ordered at this restaurant was exceptional! We enjoyed the farm-fresh golden beet deviled eggs so much that we ended up ordering them twice. We also sampled the short rib queso dip, Bistro Oscar, and the pan-seared Jail Island salmon, which was served with a side of grits and wild smoked mushrooms. I can't wait to return!
Update on the shrimp and grits: I had them as leftovers this week, and I can confidently say they were the best I've ever had. If you can maintain that level of flavor throughout your entire menu, you'll be successful! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this restaurant overall. We had been eager to try it for a while, so we finally went for dinner. The atmosphere was okay but felt like it was missing something—I'll call it ambiance. The lighting was too bright and should really be dimmed after a certain hour. Next time, if we come back (which is unlikely), we'll sit at the bar. We ordered mango margaritas, and I followed my first margarita with a Paloma Fresca. Both were excessively sweet and hardly contained any tequila. I should have learned my lesson after the first one; I might as well have just ordered juice. They were weak and overpriced. For an appetizer, we had ceviche, which was served in a small martini glass for $15. I did enjoy the pita bread that came with it, but the ceviche was pretty standard and nothing exceptional. It could have been presented better as well; overall, it was way overpriced. My partner ordered the burger, while I went for the shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits had some flavorful components but really needed more salt than I typically add to my dishes. The burger and fries were average in taste. I'd estimate that both dishes could have easily been priced $5 less. We're not cheap diners, but I expect prices to reflect skill and flavor, which unfortunately, this restaurant did not deliver.

Food was excellent, workers were friendly and kind. Restaurant is never full for how good the food is so feels quiet and a hidden gem vibe!
I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back as soon as I can! It’s a hidden gem, and more people should definitely know about this spot.
This restaurant is not only beautiful but the food and service were amazing. We went for breakfast and couldn't stop talking about how cool the place is. We will definitely be back in the future.
I usually HATE hotel restaurants, but this place possibly has the best breakfast in Tulsa. I eat there at least once every time I come up for work. I highly recommend the breakfast tacos. You won't be disappointed.Just recently had dinner for the first time, got the chicken sandwich. Best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had at a restaurant. Juicy with a great brioche bun. Big enough to cut in half and split if you're not a big eater. Not just good for a hotel restaurant, it's great as a standalone, phenomenal job by everyone in the kitchen

I love this place, I travel every week in another state, and this is a place I will not forget, I definitely come back when I am in Tulsa. Chef Marcus makes a few killer dishes, I have the pig bell pops and island salmon. Compare it to other places I have been in the states, This is hands down my favorite And the bartender Felipe was super brilliant to talk to the bar. I hope this place grows and grows
Stayed at the hotel and went downstairs to the Chamber for a few drinks and appetizers. Wagyu Queso dip and deviled eggs tasted amazing. Drinks were well made. Service was great and the employees were super friendly. Would love to come back for a full dinner.
I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. We ordered room service from Chamber during our short stay at the Tulsa Club, and everything was fantastic. The Wagyu burger was absolutely delicious and came on a pretzel bun, which was a delightful surprise! I had the adult grilled cheese with added prosciutto, and while it was quite hearty, it was exactly what I needed since I was starving! The salad with poppy vinaigrette was also incredible. I would definitely return to Tulsa just for this!
A timelessly beautiful Art Deco cocktail lounge that I throughly enjoyed. The ambience, drinks cuisine were superb. Thank you
Gorgeous atmosphere, friendly service (albeit a little slow), and delicious food! I got the BLTA with Parmesan truffle fries for lunch and was thoroughly satisfied. A must try for a midday work lunch or happy hour. Classy and gorgeous 1920s Art Deco-style establishment. Great new place for Tulsa!
