Brussel sprouts should be fried, but they were hardly cooked hard and layered in speckfett with little to no taste. I didn't have the laughter that was cooked well, complaining there. food quality was only not there for the price they pay.

We re... read more Second time eating at Chamber. First time we ate there was shortly after it’s opening. It wasn’t great, but we chalked it up to working out the kinks. We returned on and learned that not much has changed. Off menu items weren’t offered to us as they were other patrons around us, and I would have ordered it if offered. Food was just so-so. Short rib entree was way too heavy on red pepper. Told the waitress so and were not really offered anything as a result. Food was overpriced for what you get. Worst thing, for me, was I forgot my mask on the table when we left. I realized in less than two minutes. Was returned to retrieve it and it had been thrown in the trash. You would have thought they could have put it with the host for at least ten minutes before trashing it.

Our waitress appeared to be inexperienced and her service was subpar, po... read more The food and ambiance were wonderful, but the management at this restaurant fell short. Our waitress appeared to be inexperienced and her service was subpar, possibly due to being under the influence. We ended up having to fetch our own drinks from the bar because the staff was inattentive. The music wasn't very good either, and overall, our last two visits have been disappointing. It's unfortunate because we used to love this place, but we won't be coming back.
