I had to wait for my chicken, but they brought it out to my car, and this gentleman—wish I had caught his name... read more The drive-thru attendant was incredibly pleasant. I had to wait for my chicken, but they brought it out to my car, and this gentleman—wish I had caught his name—was so courteous. The customer service was excellent, especially for this area. The wait wasn't long at all, and the food was great. Well done, Arby's, and kudos to your incredibly friendly staff!

When I visited, there were only three staff members... read more This restaurant used to be a fantastic option for lunch, but the prices have doubled in the last six months. When I visited, there were only three staff members working. I was particularly impressed by the manager, Cali. She was effortlessly multitasking, moving quickly between the drive-thru and a lobby full of customers, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor and greeting everyone with a smile. That’s what effective management looks like. The food was good, and the fries were hot; I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was ready. If you want to see an outstanding example of management in action, take a moment to watch Cali. Having managed a few places myself, I can honestly say I don’t come close to her level of skill.
