Description

Perched by the slopes, this lodge-style spot pairs breathtaking views and lively live-music evenings with a roomy deck and friendly, enthusiastic staff. The menu features creative takes on classics and standout desserts, but food quality is inconsistent—ranging from excellent Nashville hot chicken to overcooked or cold entrees—and prices can feel high. Service is warm but sometimes inexperienced and inflexible about substitutions and gift-certificate use. Ideal for après-ski, sunset drinks, families and music lovers, but come prepared for variable dishes.

The food is consistently disappointing. I've frequently received plates that shouldn't have been sent out, including burnt flatbreads, dry chicken, and cold duck wings—this seems to be the standard rather than the exception. While the servers are friendly, they are new and lack familiarity with the menu. The atmosphere is lovely, and I'm willing to keep trying in hopes of improvement. However, I've yet to have a meal without issues, currently sitting at 0 for 6 on acceptable dishes.

A great new restaurant for our local ski area that is open year round with delicious food. Their duck wings are fabulous and hamburgers with fries were delicious! We stayed for the entertainment that was outstanding for a duo! We'll done Song Mountain Ski area!

Our server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant’s location and views were stunning, as was the decor itself. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. I ordered the Chicago beef, and I was honestly puzzled by what I received. For $100, I expected something better—where’s the real beef, Alex? Additionally, I was frustrated to find that I couldn’t substitute a side, which I might have overlooked on the menu. We had already ordered the poutine appetizer, so I was hoping to have something like broccoli with my sandwich instead of more fries, but that wasn’t permitted. Of course, they were more than willing to add an extra side for an additional cost.

Found this place completely by accident and we are glad we did! I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was crispy, spicy, moist and delicious. Kids were happy with Shirley Temples and buttered pasta. But the real stars of the show were the bruleed banana split and the flourless chocolate torte. The drunken berries mixed with the vanilla ice cream was to die for in particular. Gorgeous views, lovely establishment. Will be back the next time we travel through!

Delicious food service was a little bizarre but we were impressed with the well oiled machine! It was very loud but we were seated close to the band. They were excellent
