Throughout their interaction, she... read more Today at 5:55 PM, I witnessed the cashier, Shelby, treating an older deaf gentleman poorly while assisting him with his order. Throughout their interaction, she displayed noticeable irritation and was quite rude. When it was time for him to pay, she abruptly grabbed the money off the counter. If this is how Zaxby's treats elderly customers, I won’t be returning, and I will be advising others to steer clear of this location. Shelby could benefit from some customer service training.

The restaurant was spotless, and Kim, our dining room attendant, provided excellent service. I can't wait to return!
