5 for Portul Vechi& Clandestin local craft beer. For the wood terrace and atmosphere. More places like that wouldn't damage Tulcea, not a bit :
Beautiful place with a limited number of craftsmen (the reason I went there). I hope to have more when I come back. the rest was good!
Friendly, not a Frills place.
A nice pub, with friendly staff, a beautiful sortiment at beer and magnificent view of tulceas beach.
Awesome atmosphere and good drinks on the Danube bank!
