What Luc Fouquet doesn't like about Restaurant Central:
The waitresses were incredibly rude, mixing up our order and barely apologizing for the mistake. They kept telling us how they don't have time to wait on us, how is we wanted dessert we have to go and get it ourselves because the restaurant is...too full for them to do it themselves (apart from our table, there were max other tables in a place that could probably serve tables). Satisfactory cheap restaurant in centre of Tulcea. Offers traditional Romanian food in old fashioned environment.
The food was ok, but very little in quantity. The staff treated us like we were bothering them, to say the least. They also said the Wifi wasn't working but it actually was. All in all, a place to avoid. Don't go there even if you are about to starve!

Very good cook, we ate chicken breast with fry and salat and pasta. all tasty and the prices were good.
