The customer service was unfriendly. Most Jambas allow us to wait inside for our orders, but this guy insisted that we wait outside and he would bring our orders to us.

I stopped in on my way to Los Angeles yesterday and I was shocked at the outstanding customer service from the young girl working. And she was working alone. I have not seen customer service like this in a very long time. She was very attentive and patient. Asked me if I need this or that. Smiled. Was quick. Great attitude. Shocking for this country and her generation. But a very pleasant surprise. My green juice was superb and I’m gonna stop there for now on when I go up north.
