Ingredients: falafel (white beans, onions, garlic, khmeli-suneli, sesame oil, coriander, panco bread crumbs), grilled paprika, baked pumpkin, edamame beans, quinoa, maize, carrots, Asian sauce (sunflower oil, sweet and sour sauce, sesame oil). Falafel (one piece) is quite unusual, with white beans, huge size, shaped like a cutlet. The crust is crispy, with bread crumbs and very soft inner part like potatoes. Sure not falafel, but fancy and tasty. Poké Ingredients: falafel (as in the bowl), basmati rice, chukka, radishes, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, guacamole (crushed avocado with spices), lemon, sesame. I have also reviewed the composition of chukka (as it can contain non-vegan flavors and aromatic additives), it is vegan: wakame seaweed, chopped tree mushroom, sesame oil, sugar, salt, water, acetic acid and citric acids, agar, sesame seeds, fructose, red pepper, food coloring E142 (vegan). Poké is delicious, large portion size, but essentially it is not as different as the bowl. Be careful with pana kota: it is not vegan, it contains gelatin. I suggested that the cafe administrators use a combination of agar with xanthan gum or guar gum instead of gelatin. They promised to develop my proposal to replace gelatin in Pana kota with herbal components.

Unfortunately, the soups in the menu are not vegan. I took the cousin salad and Pilati. The part was huge! It was delicious, salad leaves were covered with barbecue sauce. The dish contains cauliflower, green beans and sun-dried tomatoes. Caution: There is a Lacto-vega sandwich on the menu, but it is not vegan.
