A local favorite for burgers, crispy zucchini fries and indulgent milkshakes, this busy spot delivers generous portions and reliably tasty classics. Service and pacing can be uneven—especially when crowded—and reservation handling and seating logistics have drawn complaints. The dining room is large and lively with outdoor seating, but patrons note worn décor, occasional odors and noisy, bustling energy. Prices are on the higher side, yet many return for consistent flavors, happy-hour draws and a convivial, game-night–friendly atmosphere.

When we got to the restaurant they didn't have a table and said we requested outside. They put us next to the open bar with a table for 6 only half of us was covered by shade. The bartender was our waiter and we were forgotten and he was rude. They brought 5 meals and 15 minutes later the 6th meal was brought to us. The hostess said we should have called directly for reservations and not use open table. For a special lunch on Mother's Day it was very disappointing.
Had some friends join us for dinner and drinks prior to a hockey game. Clariza was great as usual handling our drinks and food! Everything was delicious and was delivered in a timely manner!
Zinburger consistently offers delicious food. The burgers are always flavorful, and the salads are fresh. However, the burger bowl had some unusual flavors, and the Brussels sprouts were somewhat difficult to chew. The iced tea was also quite weak. Additionally, we had to switch to a different table due to a gas smell from the outdoor fireplace.
We arrived at the restaurant and were informed that we would have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes, despite there being many empty tables available. We decided to check OpenTable and found reservations were available. We went ahead and made a reservation online, and when we informed the staff that we had reserved online, they still insisted that we had to wait. Very unprofessional!
Great burgers, which have won Tucson 's Best several years in this burger joint crowded city, along with their fries, at this very (appropriately) popular restaurant. Spouse also liked her salad. Not cheap but portions are plentiful. Adequate other choices on the menu as well. Service a bit slow when busy at lunch. Lots of music and conversation noise. Facility is big and open with ancillary outdoor eating area, but very clean.
