Waited another 50 minutes to actually get the order at the store Food was cold because it was done 30 minutes ago but nobody noticed the bag existed. TL;DR You can probably preparefour chicken sandwiches in the time it takes to get one here.

I 've worked in food service I understand that things happen it 's just a mistake. So I call the location and ask to pickup my correct order. I 'm then told thatthey are unable to give me the correct order due to food cost and my only option is to go through uber eats again. Uber eatsdoesn 't redeliver the order my only option through uber eats is a refund. I tried to explain that I wouldn 't refund the order Ijust wanted the correct order and can bring in the wrong order but was told again that this was impossible due to food cost .Imagine going to eat in person and receiving the wrong order and then going back to the counter due to it being wrong and beingtold your only options are refund and they can 't remake your order due to food cost. Absolutely ridiculous and I have a hardtime believing that is wing stops official corporate policy.
