The food at Wingstop was good, but I had a frustrating experience with the service. It's disappointing, but I'll keep the details to myself. Overall, the menu offers some tasty options.
The quality of the food and the service were both disappointing. After waiting longer than expected for my order, I discovered that 20 wings were missing. When I returned to get the missing wings, by the time I got home, all the food was cold and soggy.
I placed an order through the app, which said it would be ready in 16-25 minutes. To be safe, I waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up, but when I arrived, they told me they were still working on it. I finally received my order 47 minutes later. What's the point of pre-ordering if they only start preparing it when you get there?
Among all the Wingstop locations in Tucson, this one definitely has the smallest wings. The food tastes great, but it often arrives cold. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the small wing size makes me hesitant to return.
It took an hour for our order to be ready, and when we got home, the ranch dressing was missing. The wings still had feathers on them. We ordered three flavors but got the wrong ones: the Korean barbecue was flavorless, the lemon pepper was correct, and instead of Cajun, we received plain wings. This will be the last time I spend my hard-earned money here. It was a terrible experience, and we didn’t even finish all the food.
