What's the point of pre-ordering if they only start preparing it when you get there?

We ordered three flavors but got the wrong ones: the Korean barbecue was flavorless, the lemon pepper was correct, and instead of Cajun, we received plain wings. This will be the last time I spend my hard-earned money here. It was a terrible experience, and we didn’t even finish all the food.
