I ordered off door dash but decided to come pick it up and they told me it wasn’t ready yet only to find out it was waiting on the counter the whole time I was there for 15 minutes.

I spent all night in my toilet and my son woke up throwing up. I had not been here in months because it seems like only kids are working here. And now this…..: I am never coming back to this location or to a wing stop in general. ?

The chicken s... read more I dine-in today around 4pm, I guess peak hours. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo with lemon pepper seasoning and my girlfriend regular boneless. The chicken sandwich was utterly disgusting and made me sick to my stomach, I didn't even finish the sandwich.I know that in the Valencia location everything is amazing and cooked to the perfection, but in this location it was theopposite. It was to the point that it was raw/chewy it was weird, I really thought it could be bc of the pickles or I'm justtripping, so I gave my gf a try and she could say the same. After she finished her food, I gave the trash back to the employee(proper etiquette). No, i did not make a fuss or became a Karen since again it was peak hours and saw that it was very busy.Going back home, I felt like i was getting sick and here i am vomiting bc the chicken was raw. MORAL OF THE STORY, DONT ORDERTHE CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO!

On today's vis... read more This place has been a consistent disappointment over the last year. I wish the staff were friendlier and didn't look like they hated being there. On today's visit I waited for an hour before asking the status of my food, only for the staff member torealize my food had been ready but was sitting out for a while because they forgot to call my name. Needless to say, all 6 mealcombos were cold and all they offered me was an extra dipping sauce for the inconvenience. Last week, I was also there and wastold it'd be 21 minutes. The food took 50 minutes. In September 2022, I ordered $100 worth of food and waited over 30 minutes tothen receive cold food and missing items. When I approached the staff member (who has always been rude, has never once greetedme or acknowledged any of my requests while ordering/paying), she grabbed the cold fries and walked away from me, withoutspeaking a single word to me. These have always been the best wings in town in my opinion, but the service has been awfullately. The staff are working hard but it appears they're overwhelmed with online orders and don't have enough employees tofulfill the orders. This place is always clean and well maintained. Its smaller than other locations, with less than 10 tables.The portions are generous, but the prices have gone up. If you fill out the surveys, you can free fries on the next purchase!
