Taco Plus Mexican Grub 24/7 - Tucson

I used to love this place when it was Rillabertos. I recently ordered a potato, egg, and cheese burrito, but there was no cheese in it. When I went back to address the issue, they insisted there was a little cheese, but I explained that I've been a regular customer and there was none at all. They remade the burrito for me, but this time, the tortilla was burnt. The staff was really rude, and when I asked for a soda, they refused to serve me because I had complained. It’s such a shame to see how much this place has declined!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The bacon-wrapped shrimp was undercooked on the bottom, which made me feel nauseous and I had to leave the restaurant quickly. A young woman with blonde hair argued with me, insisting that it was fine because her father is a chef. She was extremely rude and showed no respect for me as a customer or as an adult. I regret leaving a tip in the jar. The shrimp was cooked on top but raw underneath, as seen in the photo I took. I would recommend avoiding this establishment and its staff. The young employee definitely needs some training.

There is bad customer service and expensive food that's not worth the price. The salsa and guacamole is a watery consistency. The orange rice is dry and doesn't have taste at all. I strongly recommend not coming here at all.

I had a beef burrito late at night after work, and it was fantastic! I intended to eat just half since it was so large, but I couldn’t resist and ended up finishing the whole thing. It was loaded with tender, juicy meat, and the vegetables in it were absolutely delicious. The only thing I regret is not taking a picture of it—I was so captivated by the amazing aroma that I completely forgot!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with its authentic Mexican cuisine. The customer service was fantastic, and everything was served incredibly quickly. I could see the cook in the kitchen preparing everything fresh, cutting vegetables on the spot, and the flavors were just fresh and fabulous. We ordered a variety of street tacos and some special tacos with roasted buns. The prices were very low considering the amount of fresh, delicious, and satisfying food we received! The staff was always smiling and working diligently, and I never saw anyone standing still for even a moment. Everything was so tasty! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Tucson. Highly recommended!
