Taco Bell - Tucson

I spent two nights feeling quite hungry and didn't want to get dressed or drive anywhere. So, I decided to go to Taco Bell. I have to say, both nights the food was incredibly hot and fresh. The young lady at customer service was polite, and even though I forgot to get a drink, I was overall very happy and pleasantly surprised!

Ok I see some of these reviews and to be honest I haven't had one bad experience.. they are friendly and nice they had my food hot and didn't mess up once and I'm a family of 4 people and with- picky eaters.. so no..they are not horrible I had a great experience so far and thank you for your great customer service I will go againVegetarian options: You can choose your own way of eating if you want to add or take out ?Parking: Is open there is not a lot of traffic

This location is far better that the 2 that are closer to my home. The Wetmore one sucks hardcore because of their (non specific- Asian manager, quite an A-hole, always fighting with the customers when they get the wrong food or something was served burnt.Speedway location way way way more friendly and accurate when serving their customers. I will be returning ?

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, when I placed my order, they quoted me the wrong total. Then, at the pickup window, they provided the correct total. While I was waiting to hand over my card, they asked me to stand aside until they were ready to assist me, which felt quite rude. My friend, who used to work at Taco Bell, noted that this behavior was disrespectful. It seemed inappropriate for them to rectify their error while I was waiting for my food. The manager should address this issue. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar. I won't be returning.

This is my favorite Taco Bell location in Tucson. The food is always fresh and packed with a variety of ingredients. The friendly, efficient, and attentive staff truly make dining here an enjoyable experience every time.
