I spent two nights feeling quite hungry and didn't want to get dressed or drive anywhere. So, I decided to go to Taco Bell. I have to say, both nights the food was incredibly hot and fresh. The young lady at customer service was polite, and even though I forgot to get a drink, I was overall very happy and pleasantly surprised! View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, when I placed my order, they quoted me the wrong total. Then, at the pickup window, they provided the correct total. While I was waiting to hand over my card, they asked me to stand aside until they were ready to assist me, which felt quite rude. Was a very pleasant visit, got there, hungry as a wolf. Ordered the Mexican pizza, and $5.00 box of tacos and one had chicken in it, also came w a bean burrito, chips and cheese dip. Got so full, off the $5.00 meal didn't touch the Mexican pizza, saved it for a late night snack. If you're hungry, here's your place more bang for your hard earned buck. The Manager was very, kind and professional as we're all the employees.
Great location! the employees here are always so friendly and it seems that they always have a good time with other employees. I admire their willingness to make customers welcome as well as to preserve an environment that is always fun and welcoming!
Saw a roach in the drink Fountain drain tray today, quietly told an employee about it so they could clean it,They came over looked in the tray and left it.Awesome thanks taco bell Tucson!Nice work!
Ok I see some of these reviews and to be honest I haven't had one bad experience.. they are friendly and nice they had my food hot and didn't mess up once and I'm a family of 4 people and with- picky eaters.. so no..they are not horrible I had a great experience so far and thank you for your great customer service I will go againVegetarian options: You can choose your own way of eating if you want to add or take out ?Parking: Is open there is not a lot of traffic
I would say that my experience here is good most of the time. Sometimes they miss an item, and sometimes the food quality is lacking. Please put more lettuce than sauce on my Cheesy Gordita Crunch.
