Had reservations for pm, upon arrival was told it would be a minute wait for our table and it was suggested to wait in the bar. After being seated it took several minutes for our server to acknowledge us. The service was slow and sporadic. It was about by the time we ordered our entree. We ended up getting our dessert to go because it was getting so late. I know our server was busy with our tables but it definitely a... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sullivan's Steakhouse Tucson:
Excellent service and restaurant was very accommodating but food unfortunately was only ok. Been to many great steakhouses and this was average. Was told Sold out of all fish (salmon Chilean sea bass) at only and my prime steak was tasty but tough/fatty and not a good cut. Expensive too. Will not go back to this location. View all feedback.
We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant. Hailey provided excellent service as our server.
We arrived from Phoenix 40 minutes early than our reservation. Instead of making us wait, they were able to seat us right away. Our server was very polite and very helpful. The calamari was delicious. What ever they poured on it was fantastic. The Caesar Salad was presented none like I have seen. Our steaks were cooked to our liking the first time (we did not have to return them). The servings were more than we could eat. We had to take our excellent deserts to go. You will not be disappointed will your meal. You will get what you pay for.
Our server was excellent, attentive but not overwhelming. He made our 50th anniversary celebration special and memorable. The food was delicious, although we didn't enjoy the creamed corn. The steaks were fantastic and the overall experience was wonderful.
When you go to a restaurant that has a $95 steak on the menu, you are expecting a fine dining experience. I had a reservation for 1. My table was set for 3 when I arrived. I pushed 2 setting to the other side of the table – clearly indicating that they weren’t being used and needed cleared from the table. No such luck, I dined among all the extra tableware and even the manager walked by several times and no one removed them. A picture tells a thousand words, see for yourself.
All three rib eyes were though. We eat at many 5 star steakhouses and Sullivan’s was one of them. This was our first time back in a while. Don’t care if we go back again. I suggest review your cut of beef and sharpen your knives.
