The staff treats regulars very well until the manager walks in to help, and then the regulars just become faces in the crowd, asking about upsell items that I haven?t wanted for the past three years that I?ve been coming here. I get it, I just don?t love that part. Let these employees do their thang.

It was a we... read more If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this subway sad to say, most locations I've been to are efficient expeditious in getting your order right. It was a weekday, Tuesday around 2:30p.m., there was no one else in the establishment at the time, yet the girl still got it wrong had to remake my simple Sandwich only order(btw, the manager was at the register at the time watched the horrible service) sandwich was delicious as always, yet I would not return, I'd go to Brueggers Bagels next door on my next trip downtown as they consistently deliver friendly, efficient, quality service every time. If I'm spending $15 for a medium tea footlong roasted chicken sandwich I expect better service.
