Subway maintains a consistent level of quality. I rated it a four for atmosphere because it's located within a large truck stop, but really, what can you expect from Subway? View all feedback.
What Steven Mummert doesn't like about Subway:
This location frequently runs out of items. During my last five visits, I've consistently encountered missing items, whether it’s meatballs or steak. They rarely have spinach available, and often there’s only one type of bread. View all feedback.
Every time I go and Tara is working, she is incredibly rude to both the other employees and customers. She rushes everyone, doesn't listen, is terrible at making sandwiches and distributing the ingredients properly, belittles coworkers, and has a terrible attitude. The other employees are a delight and always kind and attentive, the difference between Tara and the rest is stark. As a somewhat regular, I look forward to the times she is not there or is in the back
Showed up at 844p on a Friday and the lady behind the counter yells ‘we’re closed’ while checking out 2 other customers, then turns of the light.
Just purchased a beautiful 12-inch turkey sub with tomato American cheese spinach and asked for some salt and pepper paid almost $10. I was happy and walked back to my truck because I'm a truck driver Bit into it, SALT tasted like a brick of salt.Returned in to see if I could get an edible sub without salt. I was told no, unfortunately, we can't do that. Fine. So I asked the young man behind the counter to throw it away for me. It's not going to do me any good or anyone else, a true waste of money. So I had to walk over to Burger King and get a sandwich made my way. like I asked there at the subway, I had it my way but it wasn't edible, so now I have to pay $20 to have lunch needless to say I will not be eating at Subways anymore not this location or any location it's always something with them
They were close at 9:40pm today and when I asked them about what time do they close the girl said 9-10ish depending on foot traffic literally means whenever they get ready to go home.
On the subway web site it said they have a special 50% off second sandwich when you buy a footlong. When I asked about the special the employee said they don't have that because they go through the gas station not subway.I ordered an egg salad sandwich what I got was not egg salad, it was the breakfast egg on the bread with the toppings.
