I always have great service here and food is always good. Staff is very friendly, gives great customer service, staff washes their hands, the restaurant is ALWAYS clean. I want to give a big shout out to Alanis for great customer service, positive attitude and for cleanliness. I let the general manager know, he was also very friendly. View all feedback. Your workers are incredibly rude. Very poor customer service and manager needs better resolution skills. I came with my girlfriend who was willing to spend near $50 and couldn't even get my order out for her arrogant, interrupting staff. Theresa the manager did little to compensate and had a picture of a scan code instead of giving me company number, and also fought to give me their own name. Will never go to a burge...
