I had a great experience at Seven Cups. It’s my first time at this place, I don’t really know what I needed to get or do. Lake, our server, was super helpful and patient with me as I was deciding what I wanted. Thanks, Lake, for being great! The tea was tasty and well prepared. What User doesn't like about Seven Cups Fine Chinese Teas:
The place is beautiful and the tea was delicious. However, we arrived an hour before closing and we waited 5 mins to be seated and 20 mins for them to take our order. We finally got our tea 30 mins before closing, and ten minutes later were asked to pay. At 6:05pm on the dot the lights were turned off, even though two other tables hadn't paid and all three tables still had half full pots of tea. Over all, I felt negl... View all feedback.
An amazing experience! A place to feel invited and supported by understanding your needs of taste, medicinal and or learning. Zhuping(seven cups tea house owner) brings the family farm, passion and wisdom to your table. What a gem! Such a special experience! I comforted and inspired for more.
Excellent selection of fine teas from China. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice, quiet seating section to enjoy teas and snacks. Each person gets their own teapot with free refills of hot water to refresh the tea. The shop has a wide selection of their loose-leaf teas to brew at home.
I cannot write enough about this delightful tea house and the wonderful crew within! I was first introduced to Seven Cups Fine Chinese Teas back when I was still a student at the UofA. I enjoyed tea, but never had thought much about the people behind the creation and distribution behind teas. Since returning to Tucson, I have taken more time to expand my tea palate as well as knowledge. This is the place to do exactly that! The care, love, and enthusiasm of the team at this amazing tea house is unmatched. All are very gracious hosts and readily impart knowledge and recommendations for the inquiring mind. The new tea house is quaint and cozy and is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea…or Seven! I have learned about things such as subtle flavors, but also about the overwhelming history, origin, and the people who make tea their living. At this time, I have a tea cabinet bursting with the delicious teas that have been lovingly curated by Seven Cups, each with their own characteristics and stories. I would encourage folks to take the time to swing by and enjoy delectable teas in a lovely atmosphere, all while supporting a local small business!
If you want an authentic tea experience this is the place. Their signature tea: Seven cups eight treasures is quite exceptional. when I visit Tucson I always go out of my way to come here. 10/10 recommend
I went kinda late at night, but they were super kind and friendly. We talked about tea and they even let me try some that they were handling out to people going to Winterhaven. They didn't rush me, and were very professional and friendly. I have always loved this shop. Their new location is beautiful and I can't wait to go again.
