We absolutely love their wings, and the ranch dressing is fantastic. Our orders are consistently ready in no time, although it can be challenging to reach them by phone since they're usually busy. We really appreciate that it's a family-owned restaurant that we can support!

They charge for extra salad dressing but don't tell you until you get the bill and they charge 3% for using a credit card and 20% for parties over 6! Won't be going back.

I... read more My wife and I went to Rusty's today to watch UA Cats v. Clemson. We are upstairs, and the place was crazy packed. I've not seen it that packed in a long time. It was standing room only.The two servers working upstairs were Vanessa and Elizabeth. They couldn't go 5-feet without someone grabbing them saying they wanted to order something. We were trying to order and it was very difficult because they were so busy. Once we ordered, we got our food within 15 minutes, which is outstanding for how crazy, busy the kitchen was.I have to say that the food quality was just as good if not better than usual. Vanessa and Elizabeth were so wonderful, professional, and did such a great job. I could see that there were stressed and tired, and couldn't go anywhere without more people yelling at them that they needed service. They kept their composure, smiled, and did such a great job taking care of everyone.I wanted to publicly recognize them. They are such hard workers. If you go to Rusty's, ask for these two... tip them well.And Stacie of course, is the best bartender in the city, and a wonderful manager.
