We went in with a group of 19 motorcycle riders and had a great experience from start to finish. I had made reservations a week ago and the staff are top notch. The food came out in a reasonable time even with a large group, food was hot, and delish. We were very impressed with the customer service and we will definitely be back. Thanks View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rincon Mountain Grill:
The menue on line is not the same as the menu what you get. There is no steaks and Ahi Tuna, etc... DO NOT GO THERE! Pizza, subs, and salads. Thats about it. I had the meatball sub, and Subway was 100 times better. It was cold, hardly no sauce and skimpy. The waiter was a real slacker when he did show up. We visited this restaurant with a group of 19 motorcycle riders and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had made reservations a week in advance, and the staff were exceptional. Despite our large group, the food was served in a timely manner, hot, and delicious. We were truly impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely be returning. Thank you!
The waiter seemed indifferent and was slacking when he finally came over to our table. The place wasn't even busy, which made the wait time all the more confusing. It's clear they have removed a lot of items from their menu for a reason. I won't be returning. There's another bar down the road, Yardbird, that was bustling with customers—definitely a better choice. If only I had read the reviews before going to Rincon Grill! They clearly don’t care about their service or quality. I believe the staff should be replaced based on their performance. I have some straightforward suggestions for improvement, but it’s clear they’re not interested. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The food was just okay. While the parking, seating, and service were all commendable, the quality of the food didn’t quite match. We began our meal with pretzels and beer cheese. The pretzels were tasty, but the cheese was chunky and served cold. I ordered a pizza, which was drenched in oil. Every time I took a slice from the pan, I noticed it was swimming in grease—something I’ve never experienced in Tucson before. On a positive note, our waiter was excellent: attentive and helpful. However, I wouldn't choose to come back unless I hear they've revised or simplified their menu.

There's a bar down the road that was packed. Yardbird, Go there instead. I should have read the reviews prior going to Rincon Grill-Real slackers and I can see now they don't care. All the members should complain and fire the whole staff. I have some easy suggestions but they don't care.. Slackers.
