What User doesn't like about Raijin Ramen:
I ordered the Gyoza appetizer and a bowl of the traditional white broth Tonkatsu Ramen. It was on my table in about 3 minutes. Which was suspicious…The broth had little to no flavor, The pork was dry. The noodle appeared to be a not made in house variety. The Gyoza was like any other dumpling, not special but not bad.IMO not a real from scratch ramen, I left after a few bites. View all feedback.
