I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the lack of competence among the staff. My bowl was served below the fill line, and even with the ric... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the lack of competence among the staff. My bowl was served below the fill line, and even with the rice and orange chicken added, it still wasn’t full. When I asked for fresher chicken, I was refused because it was during a rush. The cashier, Coco, seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, and no one else stepped in to assist her. When I inquired about the chicken, the staff insisted they couldn't accommodate my request because they were busy and that was how they handled the bowls. Additionally, the manager, Alex, was unhelpful and appeared rude and standoffish. It’s clear that this location could benefit from more friendly employees who are motivated to do their jobs well. The cashier seemed disengaged and didn't seem to care about improving the situation, and the manager showed little interest in addressing the mistakes made by his staff. Overall, my experience was quite frustrating.

I checked the time before start heading to get some food, when I got there huge surprise, everything was a LIE, one hourleft to close, employee got completely EMPTY the, when I spoke with the employee she told me we are getting ready to close.Check the hours again and it was 10:00 pm , when I asked how long for fresh food they started laughing at me and say? we are notmaking new food? see that? That?s what we have ONLY. ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. What a waste of time. Unfortunately she minis there be star, this experience deserve a 0 stars.
