Not a real coffee shop. This location is within the Bisbee breakfast club restaurant. Wifi was inoperable. My phone suggested a retort of the router. I asked the person at the counter to do so and he politely told me to f-off. I sat at an open table and was asked to move for a restaurant party. 20 minutes later no one had been seated there. I asked the person at the counter to do so and he politely told me to f-off. I sat at an open table and was asked to move for a restaurant party. 20 minutes later no one had been seated there. Screaming babies…. And this was in a Wednesday at noon. In top of that, the coffee wasn’t very good. Beans were Starbucks level burnt.

I also visited the attached Bisbee Breakfast Club. Everyone there was very friendly. A cozy atmosphere with great food. I have enjoyed breakfast there most days of my trip to Tuscon.

I ordered a 16 oz. Iced Chai Latte for $5.50, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband tried the Iced Cold Brew for $3.99, and he found it to be just okay. The service was incredibly quick!

This is not a dedicated coffee shop. The barista primarily makes non-coffee drinks (like **** marys) for the adjacent restaurant, which might explain the poor quality of the beverages. My wife couldn't even finish her chai drink, and we ended up throwing it away. This setup detracts from the coffee shop experience, especially if you're just looking for a good cup of coffee. There are many better local coffee shops in town, so I recommend choosing one of those instead of spending your time and money at Ombre.
