Noodleholics - Tucson

The best noodles in Tucson can be found at this restaurant. Their spicy and pepper roast chicken wings are also delicious.

I ordered the Guilin noodles which were a bit simple and lacked complexity, but I enjoyed the touch of the bamboo decor. The noodles seemed to be homemade. I wanted to come back and try some of their other dishes, but I noticed a mistake in my order. I took a few minutes to show it to the server in hopes that they would get it right next time instead of adding extra protein. The server quickly apologized and took the bowl away. Overall, the experience was decent with great service, and the error wasn't a deal breaker for me. Thank you.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! We tried the pan-fried dumplings and the crispy noodle bowl, which were filled with a variety of ingredients such as shrimp, pork, and chicken, all in a tasty broth. The noodles were fantastic!

This was the best meal I have ever eaten. The broth of the Guilin was so flavorful and delicious, and the house made chili oil was so spicy and flavorful. As someone from out of state, I can confidently say I would take the three hour flight to Tucson just to eat these noodles again. The staff was so friendly and helpful. If you are in Arizona at all, go eat here. You will leave a changed person.

Admittedly, I don’t have a lot of experience with noodles. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, and was pleasantly surprised Tucson had such a solid Asian option. I will definitely be back when in town again!
