The waitress never checked on us. i needed spoon to feed my 6 month old son. my eggs got cold bc i was waiting on the spoon. tried to wave her down she just loo... read more The waitress never checked on us. i needed spoon to feed my 6 month old son. my eggs got cold bc i was waiting on the spoon. tried to wave her down she just looked at us then went the other way. we could’ve just gotten up and left without paying,that’s how inattentive she was. we got up and went to the counter to pay and let the hostess know how awful the experience wasand she just said “so do you have any discounts you’d like to use” not an apology or anything. i’d been going to mobysfor at least 15 years and it had been a while since i’ve been. now i know why i haven’t gone back. but i get it, awfulservice for awful food.

When she delivered the food we said thank you and she just walked away. The last three times we have gone all three waitresses did that. I dont know ifthey are all trained to not say your welcome or what you would think its just a common curtisy guess not for everyone

O... read more I came here a lot growing up and the service used to be really great. Now... not so much. On the last two occasions I’ve had to wait 40+ minutes for our food. On the third and last chance I gave them, we were seated after a 30 min wait and waited about15 minutes for someone to notice us and take our drink order, Or let us know the wait will be long, at least. We were completelyignored as if we were invisible. Unfortunately, we just got up and left and nobody even noticed. I’ve tried to be patient andgave them plenty of chances. Sadly we will not be going there anymore.
