The onion rings are wonderfully crunchy and tasty! The service is consistently excellent. We make it a point to visit whenever we're in town!

Like all the “famous” burger joints that make it i... read more Nice location, outdoor seating. Close to the hopping areas of Tucson. However, the burgers are overrated now. Like all the “famous” burger joints that make it into a TV special, they all quietly slide down hill on quality. The meat has so little flavor now, lots of hard grizzle in it, usually comes out dry, overcooked or in special occasion it’s undercooked. The buns are sometimes toasted nicely with butter and sometimes not. The ingredients on the burgers themselves are clearly of poor quality. Wilted lettuce, old tomato’s, the jelly’s and sauces the offer to cover you meat in are all poor quality like kraft or Sysco products, nothing home made here, nothing stands out, the ketchup is waters down as well. It’s hit or miss here really. French fries are just plane and boring, like the ones you get from any other food chain. Reminds me of Burger King fry’s, back when they coated them. Anyhow, the service is slightly slow 3 out of 5 of my visits in the last 5 years, always for lunch, when it’s not even that busy. There are much better choices in tucson to get quality burgers. Especially at this price! Vegetarian options: Black bean burger is better than the meat burgers they serve here. Go figure…
