I can only give one star, as I cannot give zero. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my food at the restaurant, they told me they were out of the items I ordered. They said they couldn't refund me because the order was made online and I had to deal with it. The service was poor and the customer service was even worse. I will not be returning to this KFC. I can forgive many things after Covid, but this KFC was disappointing. The chicken seemed old and dry, as if it had been sitting under a warmer for too long, yet the skin was dripping with fat. The gravy for the biscuits was placed in the bag upside down and soaked through the packaging. The only enjoyable part of the meal was the cookies; the rest went uneaten. It was a waste of nearly $40.
I hadn't been to KFC in years and decided to give it a try again. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. How could they mess up such a small order? I will not be returning.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a 12-part meal -no wing (like what we have)? practically all wings, together with no engraving and other different. the manager said she was nice and wanted to give us 3 drumsticks to compensate. manager charmaine 11@ 6/5/22
