Jersey Mike's Subs - Tucson

Before my first visit to Jersey Mike's, I watched some videos on YouTube. I decided to order the secret menu item called the Number 99 without mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious! I shared the other half with my girlfriend and she also really enjoyed it. We spent $16 in total (for the sub, chips, soda, and tip), which was more than enough for both of us. The staff was friendly, and the dining area was clean and lived up to my expectations. We will definitely be returning!

I am a fan of Jersey Mike's Subs, but unfortunately, this particular location consistently falls behind schedule, with pickup times delayed by at least 30 minutes every time.

As a delivery driver, I had a less than pleasant experience at this restaurant yesterday. The employee working was not very friendly towards me, but treated the driver in front of me much better. I felt ignored and unacknowledged while waiting in line, as she didn't even look at me or give me a nice tone of voice. I had to interrupt her to let her know I was there to pick up a Door Dash order. I will now avoid accepting deliveries from this restaurant because I believe everyone should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their appearance.

Come here a few times a week for lunch and staff is super efficient and friendly, and of course food is great everytime. Thank you!!

I ordered an Italian sub, got a turkey sub, didn't complain, they didn't hear Italian sub so I didn't think they'd hear the complaint, I'm a Jimmy John's frequent, should have stayed with them.
