I reached out to customer support hoping for compensa... read more I used to visit Jamba every day until last week when they served me a completely sour, fermented smoothie. I reached out to customer support hoping for compensation for the clearly spoiled product. However, the representative, Teddi, only gave a weak apology and no credit for the bad smoothie. This is terrible customer service and not how you retain loyal customers. There are many other smoothie places nearby, so I would avoid this one unless you’re okay with receiving subpar, spoiled items.

They suggested a fantastic smoothie, and their cheerful attitude while preparing it really set the mood for a wonderful start to my day. I truly needed that today. I will definitely be adding this place to my morning routine!
