I?m sick at the moment and babysitting two little ones at the... read more Very disappointed with my order. I made an order online in advance so I could do curbside pick up. I?m sick at the moment and babysitting two little ones at the house. So the convenience of curbside pick up sounded like a great option. I placed my order,parked in a curbside destination and called the number on the curbside pickup plate as advertised by your staffing when Iarrived outside. A lady answered the phone and said it would be right out. Almost 25 minutes later no one came outside, I calledagain and another guy answered and apologized and seemed they had forgotten about me. He came outside and apologized and gave memy cold food. I understand that we get busy but why advertise curbside pick up when there is no urgency to deliver on yourpromise. It?s my birthday today, I?m sick and I thought this would be a great way to start my day but an apology it?s not goodenough. Thank god I called again, who knows how long it would have taken them to realize them I was still outside. Not cooliHop, not cool at all.

We sat down and waited for someone to come take our order or at least get us drinks. We waited 5 minutes and saw some other people get seated behind us. Afew minutes later, the waitress went to their table and took their order but completely ignored us. Another 5 minutes later shebrought out their food and walked back into the kitchen. This is the second time that has happened me at this location. I willnever go back. Horrible customer service. And it smelled awful. Don't waste your time, go to another location or to a differentplace entirely. The best part about my visit was when I walked out the door and went to Culver's.

It's alway... read more Never eaten here in person, but I have ordered here on uber eats and postmates. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've tried to order they have messed it up somehow. It's always something. This time I asked for cheese, bacon and hashbrowns in my build your own omelet(hashbrowns also come on the side-and each item you add to the omelet has a charge so, youre paying for everything you ask themto put in it) and all they put was cheese and some old fatty bacon that tasted off. Even tried to put it on a plate and warm itup-couldnt save it. This omelete taste like luke warm dry disappointment and the washed out dreams of an ihop cook under theinfluence of god knows what. Never again. Go somewhere/order from somewhere else. Something tells me this place rely heavily onto go orders so I'd recommend giving the owners a good scare. Let their wallets get a little light and then maybe they'll traintheir workers to read instructions on orders, clean, and just do their jobs better in general.

Vacuum sitting there, two tables besides us in the whole place, no waitstaff or hostess to be seen. We waited for nearly 5mins to get a seat. The table was filthy, the bench seats werefilthy, the walls were filthy at the table, the sugar container was filthy. The creamers came out like cottage cheese in ourcoffee, the hashbrowns were cold, and the bacon had zero flavor, cardboard would have more taste. We would have said somethingto our waitress, but she disappeared and we never saw her again. This was truly the worst experience ever. You will enjoy gasstation food more than this.

A long with short staff on Father 's Day is even worse. Server 's were going from table to table trying to help each customer. Butwhen our food arrived it was cold, ill prepared. I definitely could tell that it sat in the back before it came to the front ofthe house. Along with the Blueberry Pancakes . There 's no blueberries inside of them as it says. This restaurant definitelyneeds some practice on what you serve and how you serve it. I 'll keep going to Denny 's instead. Once was enough at thislocation. Bad taste left in my mouth. And it wasn 't even from the food.
