A long-standing regional favorite praised for its signature frozen drinks and simple menu, but recent ownership and inconsistent operations have left customers frustrated. Fans still enjoy the flavors and handy, inexpensive moving boxes, yet reports cite stale bread, removed menu items, off-tasting lemon, Styrofoam packaging, rude staff, delivery and refund failures, and outdated promotions. Customers want better corporate communication, staff training and sustainable packaging to restore the chain’s reputation.

As a native of Tucson, I’ve always loved eegees, but I’ve noticed some changes to the drinks since the acquisition. I typically stick to lemon flavor, or sometimes I mix in half lemon with the flavor of the month. Lately, though, the lemon flavor has tasted off, almost like fake sweetness. If any changes were made, I hope you’ll consider reversing them!
The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to assist you in any way possible.
This is a fantastic spot to buy moving boxes! They’re only 25 cents each. I called ahead and they had everything ready for me in just 30 minutes. The staff even rolled the boxes out to my car and offered assistance. Excellent service!
I am very suspicious now as I have tried to call corporate at 2 different numbers mailbox is full. Since Eegees was sold recently the one I go to on AZ Pavilions is below standard. They only have white bread,half the time it is stale. French fries seem old warmed up. They have done away with hot dogs. The cookies they push on customers life changing are not as good as previous ones. It is too bad as I always liked them but don 't go anymore.
I appreciate the flavors and products from Egges. They have a large sign outside their office advertising a 5-gallon product, but when I stopped by for more information, I was told that the offer is no longer available and that they don’t know when it will return. Please update your promotions instead of simply telling customers that you have no information or perpetuating false advertising.
