I picked up the grinder about 15 minutes later, and it was absolutely delicious! I ended up leaving the tip in cash, which felt kind of old-fashioned, haha. The staff were also very friendly.

There was no rye bread available, my grinder was disappointing, the chili was subpar, and this is the second time I've received fries where 75% were either burnt or undercooked. You're damaging your once-good reputation. Eegee used to be known for the best fries in town, but it seems like you've cut corners, and it shows. I can only imagine that the drinks will be next on the chopping block. It feels like you don't acknowledge or care that many of us who've been customers for years can tell when things have changed. Soon, locals might only come for the drinks and the nostalgia. At this point, I'll just grab an Eegee drink and get my food from Jersey Mike’s.

They no longer offer rye bread, my grinder was disappointing, the chili tasted terrible, and this is the second time I received fries where 75% of them were an inch or smaller and undercooked. They're damaging their once-great reputation. Eegee's used to have the best fries in town, but now it seems like they've cut too many corners, and you can really tell. I worry that the drinks will be next on the chopping block. It feels like they don’t realize or care that many of us have been loyal customers for years, and we notice when things change. Before long, locals will only visit for the drinks and nostalgia. From now on, I'm just going to grab my Eegee drink and get my food from Jersey Mike's instead.

The customer service in the drive-thru was non-existent, my order was completely incorrect, and they missed my kids' meal entirely. Everything was wrong with the toppings, making it a total waste of $37.68. My order number was 2387921707712 and the clerk was number 10037.
