Description

Once a beloved destination for sandwiches and frozen treats in Tucson, Eegees is facing a troubling downturn. Customers have reported cold, stale fries, soggy sandwiches, and inconsistent quality, with some criticizing heavily salted chicken and questionable salad freshness. While the iconic Eegees remains a highlight, many patrons express disappointment with recent experiences. However, the restaurant’s spacious ambiance and dedicated staff have garnered praise, hinting at a glimmer of hope for improvement. Eegees still holds a place in the local landscape, but its reputation is waning, urging management to assess and elevate the dining experience.

What I wish the delivery had was their soft pretzels! They're available in store but not for delivery? C'mon. Let's have that option for delivery.

The fries were cold and stale despite the restaurant being only 2 minutes away from my home, and the delivery took 3 minutes. The sandwiches were strange and soggy, and the eegees tasted diluted.

Eegees was once my go-to spot for sandwiches in Tucson. However, it has been on a decline for years. Every time I visit, it seems to be getting worse. I'm not sure what is happening with them, but I would not recommend wasting your money there.

I normally go through the driver through but this time I went inside.. Have a surprise on how clean it was.. And the customer service was very well executed.. The only thing I was surprised was the sticker shock on just a 8 sandwich 2 Eegees and 1 fries.. With a military discount still came over 20 bucks..
