What Antonio Oinotna doesn't like about Dutch Bros Coffee:
08/31/2022 Stood outside waiting to order a drink for over 15 minutes before leaving. I came before ten, made sure to pad my time cuz I didn?t want to be THAT ONE very last customer but I got there just after 9:15. Saw one car in drive thru, saw a worker helping that car, saw one lady with a mop and a mop bucket. That?s fine, decided to patiently wait?. but no one came to ask for my order or tell me they were closed or something! Not like I was hiding. Google maps says your open till 10pm, the Dutch bros next to my house that I usually go to will happily serve anyone till closing time and they are amazing. Guess some locations do things differently and it greatly show ?.
Mason and Isaac were so awesome they made my day. Great customer service drink was incredible. I was very picky and specific and they were able to make that accommodation for me and we’re very respectful and nice.
I guess people like the coffee, but I was the only car in the drive thru, why could it be taking so long... I bet 20
They always appear to have new people who seem to be doing something that interferes with making orders. I have been to many other ones around town who are fast and friendly. But not this one. I now go a block up by Costco to Black Rock every day, sometimes twice a day.
To be fair, Dutch isn't my first go to because the drinks aren't coffee enough does that make sense? The hazelnut truffle coffee was awesome though. Bring back the amaretto!However!!!! The customer service I receive at this specific location has been consistently great. They are friendly, but not in the fake way. The outside of the store is clean.
Convenient location, easy to get in and out. Staff were sweet and orderly. Drink wasn't as good as usual and the line took forever, perhaps a staffing issue which is understandable.
