Google doesn't do half stars, so I upgraded to 4 stars because of my last visit.

They add way too much milk, and it becomes a regular liquid milk... read more Unfortunately, the frozen custard has not been made correctly. Especially the concrete mixers. They add way too much milk, and it becomes a regular liquid milk shake. It has happened so much that we don't go to this location anymore.... and when we did,we would skip on the shakes. This is really unfortunate as I am a huge fan of Culver's... former Wisconsinite here! Culver's isthe only restaurant in Tucson that serves frozen custard, so I don't have any other options. Overall, the cooked food itself isgood if they're not forgetting an item.... Again, I have had them forget items, and we needed to run back in to the restaurantto complete the order. If this restaurant can get their shakes and frozen custard right and make the correct order, I would nothesitate to increase my rating!
