This location is not as good as the one on east Broadway. Tomatoes were of poor quality
Visiting Tucson and wanted to try a fast food restaurant not in the Bay Area.Good food, but I needed hot sauce for my fish sandwhich. Will eat here again.Easy to find and plenty of parkingClean place and friendly staff
Have to say did NOT have a wonderful experience at Culver's.While ordering at the front counter you could hear the kitchen staff cursing ? from the back...very unprofessional.
I’m not sure how this place has such great reviews. Unless the reviews are by people with a bad taste palette. I’ve been here a handful of times and the food never really taste fresh. It’s frozen food that’s preheated. I can tell because sometimes the chicken is watery like it was just frozen. The mashed potatoes tasted like plastic. I’m guessing it’s heated in plastic? I can taste the plastic chemicals in it. The food reminds me of cafeteria food you’d get at school or a hospital. It also reminds me of a tv dinner. I think the people who enjoy eating here are probably use to frozen, processed food and they don’t know better.
Service was excellent. Food served freshly made and piping hot. I made a mistake and ordered a shake instead of a mixer. The cashier happily remade it and didn't charge me for the difference. Lobby was clean and all staff were friendly.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu available with several options. High chairs are available as well for dining in.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample handicapped parking.
