I ran in Taco Bell to use the restroom I left my wallet in my car.The Taco Bell employee said I cannot use the restroom I had buy something first. Nature wouldn't allow me to buy something 1st .I ran across to Chipotle they gave me the code to the restroom.I was so grateful I told them I will be back to buy something even though I wasn't hungry. Jessica was so helpful reminded me of the restroom code. The manager gave me a free drink and chips with my order! Not only did this Chipotle get my business! I will be back! Sorry Taco Bell your ring is not that loud. Reconsider your policy.

Going above and beyond for any customizations, even for an online order, truly the greatest service from Kaitlin and Billy!! 2nd time I get their service and I remember Billy even helped my mom in Spanish (great Spanish Billy! Very disappointing! This is not the food I ordered. I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time I've ordered from here, and it feels like they don't understand what customers are asking for or how to provide good service. Also, I definitely recommend against ordering through any app—that was my first mistake.

I ordered a steak burrito through the mobile app, and it was disappointing. It resembled only half of a typical burrito and contained just a few small pieces of meat. I feel it was unfair to pay for something so poorly made.
