The best Bosnian food in Tucson hands down! We drive an hour every once a while just to have dinner here! We highly recommend their Cevapi, Gulash and Tufahije (stuffed apples) yum! The owners are the nicest people ever! View all feedback.
What Javaxf javaxf doesn't like about Chef Alisah's:
Meh!! Bland and over cooked meat. Seems very one sided Bosnian dishes with meat, sauce and lots of rice. Might just be regional preferences but there are many other traditional Bosnian cuisine that could provide some variety to the menu. View all feedback.
First time there. Family restaurant. Food was excellent. I had the goulash and a kaffa (like Turkish coffee).Food: 5/5
Worst customer service ever had. The owner son wanted me to order more food for them since we were more parties. First time I have heard that a restaurant forces you to order more food. My other parties did not want to eat. The owner son there charged me incorrectly and run away so fast outside to join his family meeting? Instead of listening to my concerns. They had a family issues meeting going outside i think. There was disturbance. Anyways, When i came back requesting it to be corrected, he looks very upset and declined to help me with a mad help. Using word ‘bro’. Lol !! .. I gave then chance to get this corrected but they did not and very disrespectfully declined it and made my whole visit undesirable again. The food was not bad anyways. The waitress lady is very nice and the cook lady working inside is also very nice. But I do not think that i will come back again due to rude behavior by that young guy in the front counter. :
Food was fresh and delicious. Owner’s warm and welcoming. If you are hungry and in Tucson we recommend it!Hvala puno! Bilo vas je lijepo upoznati!Parking: Plenty of parking
Delicious! staff was friendly and welcoming. My mushroom and chicken meal was amazing and the sausages were full of flavor. Can’t wait to go back.
I'm not familiar with Bosnian food, but it was a good experience. The restaurant is small and pretty modest. It's tucked away in a low key multiple story building that feels more like an office complex. My friend and I got the mixed grill for two and it allowed us to try a few different items. The portions were generous. The service was nice and polite. Definitely check this place out.
