I enjoyed some amazing pancakes, crispy fresh bacon, freshly cracked eggs, cinnamon rolls, and coffee. Everything tasted just like I remembered from the good old days—delicious and straightforward. Plus, the prices were incredibly reasonable! My family was very happy with my choice. Thank you, Bread & Butter team! I'll be back the next time I'm in Tucson.

The food and service... read more We were on the hunt for a classic greasy spoon and stumbled upon this gem around noon on a Tuesday. It was lively, but not overly crowded. The food and service were fantastic! The diner has a charming vintage vibe with a service counter, and the prices are very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this place! Our server, Gray, was absolutely delightful—polite and attentive. I highly recommend the Bread and Butter Cafe!

Hearty portion, fresh biscuits, I ordered a side of sausage patties to just add a little bit more to the mix. Overall a good meal. Ialso ordered a piece of homemade chocolate pie because they had homemade chocolate pie. It was excellent. Service was a fivestar. And the bathrooms were spotless.

Hospitable, will refill your coffee cup as often as you want, and do their best to get out of your way and let you enjoy your meal. I had a western omelette with an addition of greenChile, tasty and not greasy. The home-made fries were good and the sourdough bread fresh. Coffee was not strong but not wateryeither. I would give a 4 star to the breakfast food, 5 star to the service, 5 star on cleanliness, and 5 star for hospitality.Mother Hubbard was of the same type, Happy Rooster very similar, Joe’s Pancake House has a bit more choice on the menu…Bread and Butter definitely is at par with other good breakfast places. Recommended!
